A little something from the Bride

What advice would you give future brides?

My advice would be to choose suppliers who resonate with you. Ensure you are genuinely aligned with your suppliers, as you are entrusting them to execute your special day flawlessly. You don’t want to feel stressed on the day or in the lead-up, so take the time to research and ask all the necessary questions. Don’t rush to lock in a supplier if you don’t feel you "gel" with them. It’s your day, and you need a team that understands your vision.

Another piece of advice for brides is to leave your mobile in your room and be fully present throughout the day! All your loved ones are there, so cherish every moment.

Lastly, one of my beautiful aunties gave me this advice: “Make sure you look in the mirror before you leave for the church.” It may be one of the few moments you get to see yourself as a bride and truly absorb the significance of the day.

If you were to choose one favorite supplier who would it be?

My stylist and planner, Josie Gittany, executed my vision and dream wedding. I still reminisce on my day everyday 6 months later! I felt like I walked into an dream!
